TEAM2 Consulting (under PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Canada mentorship)

Worked under the mentorship of PwC Canada for the course APS 1049: Management Consulting for Engineers, to develop a Target Operating Model for a Mid to Luxury Automotive Car Manufacturer to tackle emerging technologies and effects of COVID-19.

Key Highlights:

  • Developed a 10-year Target Operating Model for Mid to Luxury segment Automotive Manufacturer (Lexus) to tackle emerging technologies and effects of COVID 19, concentrating on the Canadian Automotive Market.
  • Researched and analyzed competitors, target markets, manufacturing capacity to generate strategic recommendations on target sales price and available internal production capacity to implement the recommended new technologies. 
  • Presented recommendations to senior PwC partners and Instructors via presentation and report which was awarded “A” grade.
