Key Highlights:
- Developed a 10-year Target Operating Model for Mid to Luxury segment Automotive Manufacturer (Lexus) to tackle emerging technologies and effects of COVID 19, concentrating on the Canadian Automotive Market.
- Researched and analyzed competitors, target markets, manufacturing capacity to generate strategic recommendations on target sales price and available internal production capacity to implement the recommended new technologies.
- Presented recommendations to senior PwC partners and Instructors via presentation and report which was awarded “A” grade.
